Success Story:

The preparation of the 2003-2007 “Ecuador Competes” Agenda: With funding from the Inter-American Development Bank, Stratega BDS facilitated the process of drawing up an agenda for competitiveness involving various participants from the central government, private sector, academia and CORPEI.  As part of the process, we developed the methodology for designing the competitiveness platform and prioritizing the areas of involvement according to their impact on productivity and the diversification of national production.  This agenda has served as a starting point for facilitating dialogue and prioritizing programs that further the achievement of the objectives defined therein.
