Stratega BDS has been selected by the National Council of Productive Reactivation and Competitiveness to design the agenda of competitiveness of the Guayaquil corner and its zone of influence. Oct-9-2008
General mission:
The general mission of the consultant's office is to together construct to the Strategic Agenda of Competitiveness with social responsibility and fairness of Guayaquil and its zone of influence with the local actors; and to provide technical consultant's office specialized for the beginning with the Agency of Economic Development Territorial the same that once constituted will act like Technical Secretariat of the Agenda.
Specific objectives:
- To compile existing information that it serves to the formulation as a diagnosis as the territorial competitiveness as Guayaquil and its zone as influence, where the more competitive economic sectors are defined, of competitive potential major, the social sectors corollaries, sectors that invigorate the economy, problems and their main causes.
- To establish a map of key public and deprived actors based on the sectors, referred in the previous numeral, where its relative consideration is appraised.
- To plan, to organize and to implement a series of work groups with the referred sectors previously in order to generate conclusions that serve to the formulation and implementation as the Strategic Agenda as Competitiveness with Social Responsibility and Fairness as Guayaquil and its zone as influence.
- To systematize the conclusions of the work groups in a document base that will be denominated Strategic Agenda of Competitiveness with Social Responsibility and Fairness of Guayaquil and its zone of influence and that will have to contemplate a set of framed strategic operations in the lineamientos generated by the work groups.
- On the basis of resulting products of the four previous objectives, to provide technical consultant's office in the implementation with the Agenda on the part of the Agency of Territorial Economic Development of Guayaquil and its area of influence, that once constituted will assume the function of Technical Secretariat of the Strategic Agenda of Competitiveness with Social Responsibility and Fairness of Guayaquil and its zone of influence.
- To enable and to sensitize to the members of the Agency.
