Our Business Model

Our business model concentrates on facilitating the generation and implementation of high-value, high-impact projects in sector, local and business competitiveness.

At the center of our model are the small and medium-size businesses to which we provide the tools needed to create a virtuous circle that will enable them to improve their productivity through access to funds, technology and training. Among the services we offer to support the establishment of this productive virtuous circle are strategic planning, process optimization, innovation and technology access and sharing, training, financial structuring and support service consulting.

As is evident, our objectives are centered on supporting business development at the most micro level, in order to subsequently move to the development of chains and competitive local territories and, in the end, achieve sector and national development. At the core of our plan is the development and improvement of the productivity of micro, small and medium-size businesses, and the tools we offer laterally are: financing, technology, specialized consulting services, and support in accounting and administrative management.
